IoT, or the Internet of Things, is a network of physical objects that have sensors, software, and other technologies embedded in them, allowing them to connect and share data over the internet. The IoT program focuses on hardware-software integration and smart system design. Students learn to interface Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi with sensors and cloud servers, applying data to build real-time applications such as smart irrigation, industrial control, and intelligent transportation. The curriculum also covers IoT with AI, Python, and Machine Learning, aligning with current industry trends in smart automation and Industry 4.0.
